We strive to sharpen the view on our environmental responsability to reduce our ecological footprint. This includes the reduction of general paper consumption. In recent years large parts of our invoicing have been converted to pure pdf-emailing already.
In a final step, as of February 1st, 2018 we will send all our invoices by pdf-email only.
The change from our side will be done automatically. You have the option to provide us with a general email address where all your invoices should be sent to. Please address such requests to firstname.lastname@example.org, otherwise we will send the PDF invoices to our known individual contacts. If you already submitted a general email for your invoices, there is no need to resend the same.
Should you still need a paper bill, please contact us at email@example.com. We kindly ask for your understanding that we will charge a fee of 2,50 EUR (paper invoice & postage fee) for each printed invoice dated March 1st, 2018 or later.
