Export LCL USA - Inland Rate (IPI) increase

Dear Valued Customer,

due to the continuing challenges presented by increased volumes and decreased availability of equipment, we will be implementing an additional rate increase for all IPI movements via our gateways in New York and Los Angeles. So far in 2021, we are continuing to see unprecedented pressure on markets due to these factors that have led to increased delays and surcharges being applied for all parties involved. As such, we must pass on associated increases for our inland cargo movements as follows:

IPI cargo from New York CFS to all inland destinations:  USD 10 w/m
IPI cargo from Los Angeles CFS to all inland destinations: USD 10 w/m (1 cbm = 360 KG)

effective 1st March 2021

The seafreight rates to New York & Los Angeles remain unchanged.

We hope that the general situation on the market will improve in the next few months and would like to draw your attention to our numerous direct services we offer from Hamburg & Bremen which are of course also not affected by this increase.

We thank you for your continued support and if you have any questions, please reach out to your local SACO representative.
