SSL becomes SACO Cyprus
Since September 1st, 2015 SSL Consolidation Services Ltd. has been renamed to SACO Shipping (Cyprus) Limited.
The service and handling of your export bookings remain unchanged, consequently you will stay in contact with same persons as in the past.
Our containers will be stripped at the greek and public side of Cyprus via the Container- and Cruiseterminal Limassol. A weekly sailing, fast transittime and professional teams at origin and destination warehouse guarante the best possible handling of your cargo. All commodities, including dangerous goods, can be handled by our warehouse, as long as the dimensions fit in a 40’HC container. All kind of special equipment can be supplied on request.
For cargo with EU origin exceeding a value of EUR 10.000,- a T2L form is required for clearance purposes. Beyond that value, it is sufficient to state the abbreviation T2L along with name of the customs office responsible for the shipper on either the commercial invoice or any other transport document without further involvement of any customs authority.
