Dear valued Customer,
the current situation with space and equipment shortages, massive vessel delays, blank sailings, strong overall cargo volumes and
restricted delivery possibilities at all container terminals in Hamburg has direct impacts on all parties.
As a consequence and until further notice, please kindly note our current time slots for delivery
Harmless cargoes: 72 hours prior LCL closing
Hazardous cargoes: 24 hours prior LCL closing
Shipments exceeding 15 cbm: 24 hours prior LCL closing
As from 5 Lotnumbers per truck, hauliers are welcome to send a preadvise to hebestelle@pchpacking.de
Opening hours:
PCH Hamburg Export Delivery: 06:00 to 13:00
PCH Hamburg Import Collection: 6:00 to 15:00
Due to the dynamic situation PCH may adjust the above mentioned opening hours on short-term notice.
